1. Dissolve the salt in boiling water.

2. Sift the flour and pour it into a bowl, make a small depression in the center, pour in the oil, boiling water, and vodka, mix thoroughly with a fork, then knead the dough.

4. Knead the dough again until it is smooth. Then wrap it in cling film again and leave it at room temperature for another 30 minutes.
