Bulgur is an extremely tasty porridge and a versatile side dish. You can cook the cereal in a saucepan, in a frying pan, or in a multicooker when you don't want to bother at all. All you have to do is add your favorite vegetables, meat and porridge and in a matter of minutes you will have a complete, tasty and nutritious meal.
Food blogger Ulyana (uliana.blog_) shared a recipe for delicious bulgur with vegetables and meat, which can be prepared in a multicooker, on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:
- bulgur
- onion
- carrot
- turkey fillet
- spices (dried pepper and garlic)

Method of preparation:
1. Pour oil into the bowl of the multicooker.
2. Cut the carrots and onions into cubes and put them into the bowl too.

3. Boil the fillet and cut it into cubes.
4. Put the fillet with bulgur to the vegetables and fry in the Frying mode for 15 minutes.
5. Add salt, spices and dill. Simmer for 30 minutes until tender, adding hot water if necessary.

6. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.
