Ingredients:
- chicken legs – 5 pcs
- salt, pepper
- onion – 1-2 pcs
- carrots – 1 pc
- sweet pepper – 1 pc
- buckwheat – 1 cup
- broth or water – 3 cups
- dried parsley
- garlic – 1 pc
- bay leaf
- fresh herbs
Method of preparation:

1. Season the chicken legs with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown on all sides.
2. Set aside.
3. Cut the onion into half rings, and dice the carrots.

4. Fry in the same pan for a few minutes.
5. Dice the pepper and add to the pan. Fry.

6. Add buckwheat to the vegetables, stir, and fry for a minute.

7. Add broth or water, dried herbs, and chicken legs.

8. Then dip the halved, unpeeled garlic in it.
