Ingredients:

  • Mackerel – 1-1.5 kg
  • Mustard – 50 g
  • Soy sauce – 50-100 ml
  • Oil – 50 ml
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Defrost the mackerel, clean and separate the fillets.
  2. Prepare mustard marinade: mix mustard, soy sauce, oil, salt and mix well.
  3. Make cuts in the fish, mix well, coat with the marinade, and leave for several hours.
  4. Put one part of the fish on the grill and bake on the coals for several minutes on both sides. Put the other part on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
