Ingredients:
- Mackerel – 1-1.5 kg
- Mustard – 50 g
- Soy sauce – 50-100 ml
- Oil – 50 ml
- Salt to taste

Method of preparation:
- Defrost the mackerel, clean and separate the fillets.
- Prepare mustard marinade: mix mustard, soy sauce, oil, salt and mix well.
- Make cuts in the fish, mix well, coat with the marinade, and leave for several hours.
- Put one part of the fish on the grill and bake on the coals for several minutes on both sides. Put the other part on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
