How to bring yesterday's pasta back to life: you only need two ingredients
There's still a whole pot of yesterday's pasta in the fridge, and you're wondering what to cook. There is a brilliant way to bring this dish back to life. It turns out so tasty and satisfying that no one will even suspect it.

Ingredients:
- yesterday's pasta
- processed cheese
- tomato sauce
- butter
Method of preparation:
1. Melt a small piece of butter in a frying pan.
2. Add tomato sauce and melted cheese. Cook until the cheese is completely melted.
3. Add the pasta and stir.

Ingredients:
- minced meat - 500 g
- mozzarella - 1 pc.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- granulated garlic - 0.5 tsp
- cumin and cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
- dried oregano - 0.5 tsp
- parsley - 1 bunch
- freshly ground pepper
For the sauce:
- canned tomatoes - 400 g
- tomato paste - 50 g
- dried oregano - 1 tbsp
- dried basil - 1 tbsp
- dried cilantro/parsley - 1 tsp.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- celery stalk - 1 pc.
- red wine vinegar - 1 tsp
- sea salt
- freshly ground pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Cut the mozzarella into 12 equal cubes.
3. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs, except for the mozzarella and half a portion of parsley. Divide the resulting mass into 12 parts.
4. Form meatballs by wrapping a piece of mozzarella in each ball.
5. Put the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat. Add all the ingredients for the sauce and simmer for 20 minutes. Then grind the mixture in a blender.
7. Pour the sauce back into the pan, add the meatballs, and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
