Homemade tomato ketchup can be made without vinegar. In this case, the sauce will be perfectly stored for the winter. To do this, you can simply freeze it.
The idea of making homemade ketchup that can be frozen was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena Diachenko. It contains a lot of garlic, onions, and sun-dried tomatoes.
Recipe for homemade ketchup

Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 500 g
- sun-dried tomatoes - 100 g
- olive oil - 50 ml.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- salt and pepper - to taste

1. Make crosswise cuts on the tomatoes.
2. Pour boiling water over them.
3. Wait for a few minutes.

4. Drain the water, and fill it with cold water.
5. Wait until cool and remove the skin.

6. Add the remaining ingredients and blend in a blender.
7. Pour into jars or containers and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days, and in the freezer for up to 6 months. Defrost in the refrigerator – then the taste will not change.
