Homemade shortbread cookies in 15 minutes: recipe for egg dough

Homemade shortbread cookies is a very convenient pastry because you can use the ingredients you have at home. For example, you can make the dough for the dessert with eggs. You can also add nuts and a variety of dried fruits.

On her Instagram page, food blogger Victoria Didus shared a recipe for quick homemade cookies that can be made in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

• eggs - 1 pc.
• sugar - 100 g
• flour - 200 g (+50-100 g if it sticks to your hands)

• baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
• vegetable oil - 120 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Mix egg, sugar and oil.

2. Add flour and baking powder to the resulting mass. Stir until smooth.

3. Separate the dough into balls. Press lightly on top with a fork.

4. Sprinkle the cookies with sugar. Bake at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
