Food blogger Inna Levenets (inna_levenets) shared the idea of making healthy oatmeal cookies without flour on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal – 110 g
  • baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  • salt – a pinch
  • brown sugar – 2 tbsp
  • syrup or honey – 2 tbsp
  • coconut oil – 2 tbsp
  • vegetable milk – 2 tbsp

Ingredients for the topping:

  • dark chocolate – 120 g
  • hazelnuts

Method of preparation:

1. Beat all the ingredients for the cookies in a blender.

2. The dough should be sticky.

3. Put it between two layers of parchment paper and roll it out into a thin layer with a rolling pin.

4. Cut out the cookies.

5. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

6. Melt the chocolate, and mix with nuts.

7. Put the topping on the cold cookies, and let the chocolate harden.
