There are many cooling drinks that will perfectly invigorate you, ranging from iced coffee, iced tea, homemade lemonade, and ending with a delicious summer cocktail – Aperol Spritz.

1. Non-alcoholic mojito

Mojito with sprite

Ingredients:

  • sprite - 150 ml
  • fresh mint - 10 g
  • lime - 1 pc.
  • ice - 10 cubes
  • cane sugar - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Pour ice into a shaker, add chopped lime, mint, sugar and shake well.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a glass and fill with sprite.

Add a couple more lime slices to the glass before serving.

2. Non-alcoholic mojito with raspberries

Raspberry Mojito

Ingredients:

  • mineral sparkling water - 300-400 ml
  • raspberries - 40-50 g
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • lime - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 3 tbsp
  • ice - 20 cubes
  • mint - a couple of sprigs

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the lime and lemon, cut into very thin slices.
  2. Rub the raspberries through a sieve to make a puree.
  3. Chop the mint.
  4. Put the ice, lemon and lime, raspberry puree, sugar in a large pitcher and cover with water.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

3. Alcoholic mojito with rum

Mojito with rum

Ingredients:

  • golden rum - 1 cup
  • chilled soda - 3 cups
  • ice - 4 cups
  • sugar - 50 g
  • mint - 10 sprigs
  • lemon juice - 50 ml
  • lemon zest - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat mint, lemon zest, sugar, lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Transfer the finished puree to a pitcher, add ice, pour in golden rum, soda and mix thoroughly.

Before serving, add a mint leaf to the glass.
