- Pork loin – 600 g
- Garlic – 2-3 pcs.
- Lime – 1 pc.
- Apple – 200 g
- Water – 100 ml
- Sugar – 50 g
- Honey – 50 g
- Lemon – 1/2 pc.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – a pinch
- Anise star – 1 pc.
- Rosemary sprigs – 2-3 pcs.
- Bay leaf – 1-2 pcs.

1. Wash and dry the meat with a paper towel.
2. Brush the dry meat with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper on all sides.
