English chef, restaurateur, TV presenter, popularizer of home cooking and healthy eating Jamie Oliver shared on his YouTube channel just the recipe for an autumn treat – airy apple and pumpkin pancakes, which you can easily prepare.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1-2 tbsp
  • milk - 1 cup
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • salt - a pinch
  • cinnamon - a pinch
  • pumpkin - 100 g
  • apple - 1 pc.
  • oil - 1-2 tbsp. 

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, beat the egg with salt, and add sugar and milk.
  2. Sift the flour twice to saturate it with oxygen.
  3. Wash the apples, remove the rough skin from the pumpkin and grate them, add to the finished dough, and mix.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan, put the pancakes in, and fry them well.
  5. Afterward, transfer them to a paper towel to drain off any excess fat.

Airy pancakes are best served with tea or yogurt.
