Ingredients:

  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • flour - 200 g
  • milk - 400 ml
  • sunflower oil - 30 ml
  • sausage or ham - 100 g
  • cheese - 100 g
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs
  • dill, parsley - 20 g each
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat eggs with salt, milk, sifted flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.
  2. Wash and chop the tomatoes, dice the ham and grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add everything to the egg-milk mixture, salt to taste, herbs and mix at the end. The consistency of the batter should be like liquid sour cream.
  3. Heat the frying pan well, pour in the vegetable oil, and spoon the pancakes.
  4. Fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

It is best to serve pancakes hot with sour cream, but they are also delicious with salted salmon and fresh vegetables.
