Ingredients:
- eggplant - 2 pcs.
Fresh peppers
- tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- pepper - 1 pc.
Sweet pepper
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- oil - 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- cilantro - 4-5 sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the vegetables, cut the eggplant in half, do not peel the seeds.
