Ingredients:

  • canned tuna - 120 g
  • onion - 30 g
  • juice of one lemon slice
  • boiled egg - 1 pc
  • greens (green onions and parsley) - 20 g
  • olive oil
  • pickled cucumber - 50-80 g
  • mozzarella cheese - 100 g
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Put tuna, eggs, onions, and herbs in a blender bowl.

3. Beat well.

4. Put on a plate. Add cucumber and mix.

5. Toast the bread slightly in a dry frying pan.

6. Put the beaten tuna on one half.
