Healthy sugar-free marmalade for children: you only need two ingredients
Both adults and children will like fruit marmalade: it is tasty, flavorful, and extremely attractive. This dessert is made mainly from juice or jam, and to make it healthier, no sugar is added.
Food blogger Olha Holovina, known as olha.holovina, shared a recipe for healthy sugar-free marmalade for children on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- juice – 300 ml
- gelatin – 25 g
Life hack: Instead of juice, you can use water and dilute a few spoons of jam in it.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the juice into a saucepan, heat slightly, and add gelatin. Stirring constantly, continue to heat the mass, but do not bring it to a boil. The gelatin should be completely dissolved.
2. Remove the saucepan from the stove and leave it to cool to room temperature.
3. After that, pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for an hour to allow the marmalade to harden.
