Healthy homemade sweets with nuts and dried fruits: you only need four ingredients

Store-bought candies are not always safe. Such sweets contain a lot of sugar, various preservatives, and colorants. Therefore, it is much better to make chocolates at home. You only need 4 simple ingredients.

The idea of making healthy homemade sweets from chocolate and nuts was published on Yulia Fedorenko's Instagram page (fedorenko pp). Children will love this dessert.

Ingredients:

  • nuts - 140 g
  • pumpkin seeds - 50 g
  • dried berries - 70 g
  • chocolate - 200 g

Method of preparation:

1. Fry nuts and seeds in a frying pan.

2. Wash the berries and dry them well on a napkin or towel.

3. Put into any muffin/bar/cheese or candy molds.

4. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour over the nuts.

5. Put in the refrigerator until the chocolate is hardened.

6. Then you can remove the bars from the molds and enjoy.
