Ingredients:
- fish fillet - 500 g
- potatoes - 8 pcs.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- flour - 2 tbsp
- ground black pepper - a pinch
- salt to taste - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish fillets, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater, season with a little salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Dredge the fish in flour, then dip it in egg, cover with potatoes, and fry the cutlets in a frying pan until golden brown.
