Healthy buckwheat and date sweets: an unusual recipe from a nutritionist

But we all often forget that sweets are not only tasty, but also unhealthy. Firstly, for the skin, and secondly, for the blood, they can cause the development of many diseases.

Therefore, it is best to replace classic sweets with fruits, dried fruits, homemade candied fruits, and you can also make absolutely safe sweet curds and healthy sweets.

Nutritionist and nutritionist Yana Legeza shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious homemade green buckwheat sweets that will be better than any store-bought ones.

Ingredients:

  • green buckwheat - 150 g
  • water - 1 liter
  • tangerine - 1 pc.
  • tangerine zest - 2 tsp.
  • dates - 2 pcs.
  • dried apricots - 3-4 pcs.
  • coconut flakes - 50 g
  • matcha tea - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

Pumpkin candy

1. Pour cold water over the buckwheat and leave it at room temperature for a day.

2. Drain and rinse the buckwheat well.

3. Squeeze the juice from the tangerine.

Healthy sweets

4. Grate the peel to get 2 tsp of zest.

5. Peel the dates and remove the pits.

Healthy candies

6. Be sure to soak the dried apricots.

7. Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth.

8. Roll the balls with your hands and sprinkle with matcha tea.

Ready-made candies are best eaten with tea or coffee. You can also add fresh berries.

Sweets can be given to children

"These sweets can be eaten instead of a full breakfast," said the nutritionist.
