How to cook beetroot salad

Ingredients:

  • Boiled beets – 400 g
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard in grains – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.5 tsp
  • Ground pepper – to taste
  • Ground coriander – 0.5 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the beets.
