Shawarma is the most popular street food. It is sold in cities and towns almost everywhere. However, this fast food can be not only spicy and high in calories but also quite dangerous. The days are getting warmer, which means that the meat in the kiosks may be spoiled. In addition, there is a chance of various insects getting into the product. Therefore, juicy, tasty and safe shawarma should be prepared at home.

Ingredients:
- 30/40 pita bread - 4 pcs.
Ingredients for the filling:
- chicken fillet - 200 g
- cabbage - 150 g
- tomatoes - 1 pc
- red onion - 1 pc

Preparing the filling:
1. Bake the chicken fillet and cut it into thin strips lengthwise.
2. Cut the onion and tomato into half rings and chop the cabbage.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- cucumbers - 140 g (2 pcs.)
- mayonnaise - 120 g
- sour cream - 80 g
- lemon juice - 20 ml
- garlic - 2 cloves
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- smoked paprika - 1/2 tsp
- dill - 10 g

Forming the shawarma:
1. Peel and grate the cucumber.

2. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce, add the grated cucumber, mix thoroughly and leave for 30 minutes.

3. Take pita bread sheet, put the filling up to the edges, and pour the sauce over (3 tbsp).
4. Roll up.

5. Fry the shawarma in a grill pan or on an electric grill on both sides.
