Ingredients:

  • sweet red pepper – 6 pcs
  • feta –130-150 g
  • chili flakes – 1 tsp
  • smoked paprika –1 tsp
  • oregano – 1 tsp
  • Greek yogurt – 1 tbsp
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • salt
  • vegetable oil (for baking peppers)
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the peppers in half, peel the seeds, put them skin side up on a baking sheet, and drizzle with sunflower oil. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until soft and dark brown.

2. Put the hot peppers in any dish and cover with foil or a lid. Or put it in a bag. Leave for at least 10 minutes. This will help to remove the skin easily.
