Gourmet white brownies: how to make a new take on a familiar dessert
Brownie is an exquisite dessert made with dark or milk chocolate. After baking, the cake has a rich brown color. But it can also be made white, you just need to choose snow-white chocolate.

Ingredients:
- white chocolate – 170 g
- butter 82% – 100 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sugar – 120 g
- flour – 240 g
- baking powder – 10 g
- a pinch of salt
- cherries – 100 g
Ingredients:
1. Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
2. Beat the eggs with sugar until lightened.
3. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, cool, and add to the egg mixture. Add the flour to this mass, mix well, and transfer to a 20-22 cm diameter baking dish covered with parchment.
4. Dip the frozen pitted cherries into the dough.
5. Put in the oven at 170 degrees for 40-50 minutes. The baking time depends on the oven.
