Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 1,4 kg. (3 pcs. large)
  • Garlic - 50 g
  • Parsley - 1 bundle
  • Salt - 1.5 tsp.
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp per jar
  • Oil with tomatoes, garlic and basil - 60 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Cut zucchini into circles. Pour aromatic oil with tomatoes, garlic and basil. Fry on both sides until golden.

2. Mix the chopped parsley and garlic with the salt.

3. Place the greens and zucchini in layers in the jars. In each jar add 1 tbsp vinegar and oil with tomatoes, garlic and basil.

4. Cover with lids and place in a pot covered with a towel. Pour in the water and sterilize from the boiling point for 15-20 minutes. Take the jars out carefully and close tightly.
