Classic recipe for beef stroganoff

Do you think it's impossible to make beef soft, tender and juicy? It's not. Back in the nineteenth century, the famous Count Stroganoff proved it to the whole world. Stroganoff-style meat, or beef stroganoff, is a delicious dish made with beef and mushrooms in a creamy sauce.

Over time, beef stroganoff has been forgotten, but in vain. Meat cooked in this way is quite versatile and can be served either on its own or with a side dish of your choice, although beef tastes best with mashed potatoes.
