Fluffy mom's pancakes: an exact step-by-step recipe with all the proportions

Pancakes are one of the most favorite breakfast options that our mothers used to cook for us as children. They are served with sour cream, favorite jam, syrup, or simply poured with melted butter.

But if you ask your mother for the exact recipe, you will most likely hear the answer that everything is prepared "by eye". That's why many recipes are lost over time and fade into oblivion. Food blogger Olena Kudryavtseva managed to save and record the same "mom's" recipe for pancakes that she shared on Instagram. They always turn out fluffy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 1 pc
  • Sugar - 40 gr
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Kefir - 300 ml
  • Flour - 280 g
  • Soda - 1 tsp.

The way of preparation

1.Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl. The order of addition is the same as indicated in the list of ingredients. It is important that the kefir is at room temperature. After adding each subsequent ingredient, mix the mixture thoroughly.

2. Spoon the dough into a frying pan with oil.

3. Fry on both sides until golden brown, but keep in mind that the dough is quite thick and should be baked inside.
