  • flour – 250 g
  • butter/spread/margarine – 150 g
  • egg yolk – 1 pc
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • sugar – 2 tsp.

  • broccoli – 300 g
  • red fish – 300 g

  • cream 10% – 500 ml
  • hard cheese – 100 g
  • salt, oregano, dry garlic, nutmeg

1. Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and very cold butter, grind into crumbs with your hands, add the egg yolk and 2 tbsp of cold water, and knead the dough.

2. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

3. Spread the dough over the mold and make high sides. Put the parchment and pour the cereal into the parchment, it can be any cereal. Bake the cake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.

4. Throw the broccoli into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes from boiling, drain the water. Cut the fish into large pieces. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

5. Filling: mix eggs, add cream, oregano, garlic and walnuts on the tip of a knife, salt, add cheese.

7. Bake the quiche at 170 degrees for 1 hour.
