Ingredients:
- red currants - 1 kg
- sugar - 800 g

Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the currants well, put them in a saucepan, and put on the fire.
2. As it heats up, the red currants will give juice and become soft.

3. The mass only needs to be heated. Do not boil them.
4. As soon as the berry is soft and the juice is released, the jam is ready.
