Ingredients:
- large cabbage - 1 pc.
White cabbage
- veal, beef or pork - 500 g
- cold water - 50 ml

- salt, black pepper - to taste
- sunflower oil - 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Make cuts on the cabbage and put it in boiling water, separate the leaves. Leave them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to make the leaves soft.

2. Grate the remaining head of cabbage with the rest of the cabbage leaves, add the grated onion, minced meat, salt and pepper to taste and mix.

3. Put the prepared filling in a thin layer on one side of the baking sheet and cover with the other.
