The "Smart" pie has this name because it tastes like a dessert made up of fluffy dough and cream. But, in fact, there is only one single mixture. You just need to pour it into a mold and put it in the oven. The technology is as basic as possible and won't take you much time.

Ingredients:
- salt – 2 g
- milk – 470 ml
- lime – 1 pc
- flour – 110 g
- sugar – 150 g
- yolks and whites separately – 4 pcs
- water – 20 g
- butter – 120 g

Method of preparation:
1. Whisk the whites with half the sugar and a pinch of salt until thick foam.
2. Then beat the yolks, water, a little salt, lime zest, and the rest of the sugar until smooth.

3. Add the beaten egg yolks to the whites, mixing, then add the flour, lime juice, and butter (melted, but not hot), kneading everything. You can also add tangerines or oranges to the dough.

4. Make the mass homogeneous and then add the milk.
5. Mix and pour into molds (portioned or for one cake).

6. Put in a preheated oven to 150 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

7. Be sure to wait until the cake has cooled completely and then take it out of the mold, as it is very delicate.
