This dough can be made once and used not only for pies but also for pizza. Store it in the refrigerator and then quickly prepare your favorite dish when needed. All you need to do is add the toppings and a hearty lunch or dinner is ready.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 4 cups
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
  • milk - 500 ml
  • dry yeast - 11 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Put the resulting mass in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

2. After two hours, take it out, roll it in flour and make pies with any filling.

3. The dough is soft, doesn't stick to your hands, molds well, and the pies don't fall apart. It can also be used for all kinds of pies and pizza.

To make the dish as basic as possible, you should prepare a simple filling.
