Ingredients:

  • phyllo dough - 7-9 sheets
  • butter - 30 g
  • plums
  • almond flakes (optional)

Ingredients for the filling:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sour cream - 300-350 g
  • sugar (or 90 g of sugar + 10 g of vanilla sugar) - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Thaw the phyllo dough according to the instructions on the package.

2. Separate one sheet at a time.

3. Lightly brush with melted butter and fold into an accordion.

4. Cover the baking dish, if it is detachable, with siliconized parchment (if not, grease with butter) and put the collected dough in it, forming a snail.

5. Insert the plum slices between the dough gaps.

6. For the filling, mix the eggs, sugar and sour cream and stir until smooth.

7. Pour the filling over the cake, sprinkle with almond flakes and put in the preheated oven.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
