Elementary cupcake in the microwave: 5 minutes to prepare

If you're craving a sweet homemade cake, you don't have to turn on the oven. A delicious and fluffy cupcake can be made even in the microwave. It takes only 5 minutes. Instead of a mold, you can use your favorite mug.

Ingredients:

• 1 banana
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1 tbsp of oil (or melted butter)

• 3 tbsp of flour
• 1/3 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp of honey

Cooking method:

1. Mash the banana well with a fork, add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of milk, and 1 tablespoon of oil.

2. Mix everything well.

3. Mix the flour and baking powder in a cup, add the wet ingredients to the dry, 1 teaspoon of honey, and mix well.

4. Cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes (depending on the power). If the power is 700 W, cook for 3 minutes.

5. The cake is juicy and moist.
