Easy herring caviar in 10 minutes: how to cook

Delicious and budget-friendly caviar can be made from ordinary herring. You will spend just a penny on this dish, but it will turn out to be very satisfying. You can spread it on bread or croutons. It's perfect for a festive table.

The idea of making herring caviar was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ruslana (ruslana_babichenko). All the ingredients just need to be whipped in a blender.

Method of preparation:

1. Cook the carrots in the microwave for 5 minutes.

2. Divide the herring into 2 fillets or buy ready-made ones.

3. Put the fish in the blender bowl too.

4. Add two packs of cream chees.

5. Beat everything until smooth.

6. Spread on croutons or bread.
