Every Ukrainian is now facing such a problem as a partial power outage. Therefore, you should always have a plan B when cooking, for example, a list of recipes for simple dishes that do not require electricity.

Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko has shared on his website ideas and recipes for simple and satisfying dishes that don't require electricity to cook.

1. Sandwiches with herring

Ingredients:

• herring fillet

• bread

• greens
• peanut butter

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the bread and fillet.

2. Spread the bread with the paste, place the fillets on top and garnish with herbs.

2. Cabbage salad

Ingredients:

• cabbage

• carrots

For the sauce:

• sour cream - 50 g
• sweet mustard - 6 g

• grated horseradish - 10 g
• salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the cabbage.

2. Grate the carrots.

3. Sauce: mix all the ingredients and season the salad with salt and pepper.
