You don't have to be Jamie Oliver to make dinner in half an hour. Anyone can cope with this task if they have the will.
In the "Dinner in 30 minutes" section, FoodOboz offers you the simplest recipe possible: oven-baked salmon and a side dish of creamy bulgur. By the way, you can make any side dish you like: rice, couscous, pasta, or baked vegetables.
- salmon fillet - 500 g
- bulgur - 1 glass
- lemon - 1 pc.
- butter - 1 tbsp.
- salt and pepper - to taste
- oil
bulgur
- Wash the fish, pat dry with paper towels. Cut into steaks, rub with salt and pepper, and brush with oil.
- Cut half a lemon into rings and place them on the fish. Wrap the salmon with lemon in foil (each piece separately), put it on a baking sheet, and put it in a 200-degree oven for 15 minutes.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the garnish. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Pour in the bulgur and mix well: the oil should wrap the cereal well on all sides.
- Pour in a little water, and salt and mix well again until all the water is absorbed. Then pour enough water to cover the bulgur with two fingers and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and leave to cook until all the water is absorbed.
- Serve the baked salmon with bulgur and a slice of lemon.
