Diet cottage cheese casserole without sugar and flour: will not harm your figure

If you're watching your diet but can't live without delicious desserts, you should make this casserole. It does not contain sugar and, at the same time, raisins add a wonderful flavor. Also, there is no flour – corn starch is used instead, so the texture is very fluffy.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 700 g
  • sour cream – 150 ml
  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • raisins – 30-40 g
  • starch (corn) -–30 g
  • salt – a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Combine cottage cheese, eggs and sour cream.

2. Beat with an immersion blender until smooth.

3. Add a pinch of salt, starch and raisins.

4. Stir, pour into a baking dish, smooth, and bake at 180 degrees 40 minutes until golden brown.
