Dessert with strawberries and mascarpone: it tastes better than tiramisu

A food blogger with the nickname kathycoooks shared one of the options for making a dessert with strawberries on Instagram. The dessert using mascarpone and Savoyardi cookies tastes even better than tiramisu.

Ingredients:

• Savoyardi biscuits
• Milk
• Strawberries
• Biscuits

Ingredients for the cream:

• Mascarpone - 250 gr
• Cream 33% - 100 ml
• Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.

The way of preparation:

1. Prepare the cream. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer. The mass should be thick and hold well on the whisk.

2. Soak the Savoyardi cookies in milk and put them in a dessert dish.

3. Put the cream on the cookies and strawberry slices on top.

4. Grind the Savoyardi biscuits into crumbs in a blender and sprinkle them over the strawberries.

5. Garnish the dessert with strawberries and mint leaves. Leave in the refrigerator overnight to soak.
