Dessert in 3 minutes: chocolate cupcake in a cup with a delicious filling

Ingredients:

• eggs – 1 pc

• sugar – 2 tbsp
• cocoa – 1 tbsp

• milk – 4 tbsp

• baking powder – 0.5 tsp
• flour – 3 tbsp
• oil – 2 tbsp

The filling:

• Chocolate paste

Method of preparation:

1. Mix eggs with sugar, add cocoa, mix, pour milk, add baking powder, flour, and mix again, add oil and stir with a fork to make the dough lump-free.

2. Spoon 1.5 tbsp of the dough into a cup/mold, add the chocolate paste in the middle, and top with another 1 tbsp of dough.

3. Put the cups in the microwave and bake for 3 minutes.

Serve the dessert hot with ice cream!
