The most popular summer dish is zucchini pancakes. They are very light, nutritious, and quick to prepare. They are delicious and served with your favorite sauce, a piece of fish, or chicken.

The idea of cooking zucchini pancakes with herbs was published on the page of the famous Ukrainian chef Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi (yaroslavskyi vova) on Instagram. You can also use zucchini instead of zucchini.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 220 g
  • eggs - 1 large
  • medium onion - 0.5 pcs.
  • you can add a lot of herbs
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper, frying oil

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the zucchini and onion.

2. Add chopped herbs, egg, flour, a little salt and pepper.

3. Stir the mixture.

4. Fry in a frying pan with oil over medium heat. Before frying, you can first grate the zucchini, add salt, and then squeeze out the excess moisture. Then add the rest of the ingredients.

5. Delicious when eaten hot, served with ketchup and mayonnaise sauce. It can also be served with fish or fried chicken.
