Ingredients:
- butter - 120 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 70 g
- flour - 180 g
- salt - a pinch
- plums - 11 pcs.
- baking powder - 5 g

- cinnamon - 1 tsp.

- eggs - 3 whites
- powdered sugar - 120 g
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- corn starch - 1 tbsp.

1. First, let's make the dough. To do this, pour sugar into the butter at room temperature and beat with a mixer until smooth and fluffy.
2. Next, beat in the eggs and beat again with a mixer. Sift the flour, and add salt and baking powder.

3. Beat again until smooth and creamy. Cover the mold with parchment and spread the dough.
4. Spread it evenly and put the plum halves on top. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Let the cake cool completely. Next, prepare the meringue. Separate the yolks from the whites. Do this very carefully, if you get even a drop of yolk, the whites will not whip. Use dry utensils, otherwise the whites will not whip up either.

6. Beat the egg whites until foamy, add salt and continue beating, gradually adding powdered sugar. Beat until the whites are white. When you turn the bowl over, they should not spill out.
7. Finally, add the starch and lemon juice and beat a little more.

8. Spread the meringue and put it in the oven for 45 minutes to dry at 150 degrees. Let the cake cool slightly.
