If you are fasting and want something tasty for tea, make these honey cookies. They are quite sweet because the dough is based on honey. It interacts with baking soda and flour to form an elastic dough from which you can cut out baking products.

Ingredients:

  • honey - 40 g
  • sugar - 80 g
  • water - 50 ml.
  • oil - 40 g
  • flour - 220 g
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - a pinch

Spices:

  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
  • ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp.
  • ground cardamom - 1/4 tsp.
  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Combine 80 g of sugar, 40 g of honey and 50 ml of water in a saucepan.

2. Put on a small fire.

3. Bring to a boil until the mixture begins to foam.

4. Pour into a bowl and add half a teaspoon of baking soda.

5. Stir, the mass will foam and lighten.

6. Then add a pinch of salt and 40 g of odorless vegetable oil.
