To make delicious new potatoes, you need a minimal amount of ingredients. The vegetable goes very well with cream and fresh herbs. And even the next day after cooking, the product will be good.

Ingredients:

  • young potatoes - 1 kg.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • butter - 70 g
  • heavy cream - 250 ml.
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • dill

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes until tender in salted water with black peppercorns and bay leaf.

2. For the dressing, chop the onion and fry in butter until light golden brown.

3. Add cream to the onion.

4. Grate the garlic and chop the dill.

5. Simmer for 7-10 minutes and season the potatoes.

6. Mix well and add more dill.
