  • carrots (peeled and grated) - 600 g
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • creamy cottage cheese - 300 g
  • canned tuna - 1 can
  • dill - bunch
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • oil and butter for frying

1. Grate the carrots into a fine grater, fry them in vegetable oil with a bit of butter until soft. Add salt and pepper. Then transfer the carrots to a plate and let them cool to room temperature.

2 Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Add the yolks to the cooled carrots and mix well. Meanwhile, whisk the egg whites to a stiff, loose foam.
