Delicious and hearty vegetable and meat casserole: a quick lunch dish
A hearty casserole is a great choice for a quick and satisfying meal. It can be made from a variety of vegetables, meat, and cheese. Lean turkey is the best choice for this dish.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 5 pcs.
- onion - 1 medium
- small zucchini -1 pc.
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- turkey fillet - 500 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
Ingredients for the sauce:
- water - 500 ml.
- sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- mild mustard - 1 tbsp
- ground paprika - 1 tsp.
- salt and pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Cut the potatoes, onion, zucchini, tomato, and turkey into thin slices.
5. Put everything in a baking dish in a single layer.
5. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce in a convenient container and pour over the vegetables.
6. Cover with parchment or foil and bake for an hour.
7. Take the casserole out of the oven, sprinkle the cheese on top, and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
