Cult butterbeer from the movie "Harry Potter": how to make a drink at home

Autumn is a time for cozy family evenings watching Harry Potter. Delicious warming drinks are perfect for such a moment. And in order to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the movie, you can make a delicious butterbeer that Harry himself drank.

The idea of making the legendary butterbeer from the Harry Potter movie was published on the fayna_kitchen Instagram page.

Ingredients for a glass of 300-350 ml:

• cream 33% - 30 ml
• ice cream - 70-100 g
• sparkling water - 1/2 cup

• cinnamon, cardamom - 0.5 tsp.
• toffee - 9-10 pcs.
• whipped cream, syrup - for decoration

Method of preparation:

1. Pour cream into a saucepan, add toffee, cinnamon, cardamom. Bring the mixture to a homogeneous consistency over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool slightly.

2. Combine with ice cream and blend with a blender.

3. Fill half the glass with beer, add slightly chilled soda water, and stir.

4. Garnish with whipped cream and syrup.
