  • cucumbers - 500 g
  • salt - 2 tbsp
  • ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • water - 500 ml
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • garlic - 2 cloves.
  • allspice - 2 pcs.
  • horseradish leaves - 1 pc.
  • currant leaves - 2 pcs.
  • dill umbrellas - 3 pcs.
  • parsley - 3 sprigs

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the cucumbers and soak for an hour in cold water.
  2. Space the jars in any convenient way, put the spices on the bottom of each one, put the cucumbers on top, pour boiling water, and let it brew for 20 minutes. Then drain and pour the hot marinade over them.
  3. Marinade: boil water in a saucepan, add sugar, salt, ketchup, and vinegar at the very end.
  4. Quickly roll up and turn the jars upside down, be sure to wrap them in a warm towel or blanket, and let them cool completely.

  • bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • parsley - 3 sprigs
  • mustard in grains - 1 tsp.
  • pepper (peas and ground) - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, sterilize the jars.
  2. Soak the cucumbers in water for 1 hour to remove the bitterness and make them firm and crispy during preservation.
  3. Then cut them into rings, cut the garlic in half, and put everything in a jar along with parsley, black pepper, and mustard.
  4. For the marinade: put chili ketchup, and oil in a saucepan, add sugar and salt, cook until boiling, and immediately pour into jars and roll up.
  5. Be sure to turn them upside down and wrap them in a warm cloth.
  6. After they have cooled completely, transfer them to a dark, cool place.
