Ingredients
- Cucumbers – 3 kg
- Sugar – 170 gr
- Apple cider vinegar or 6% – 250 ml
- Oil – 100 ml
- Salt – 2.3 tbsp
- Dry garlic – 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper – 1 tsp
- Turmeric – 3 tbsp
- French mustard – 10 tbsp
Method of preparation
1. Cut the cucumbers into rings of about 3-5 mm.
Ideal for burgers.

2. Add all the ingredients to the cucumbers, mix, and leave for 15 minutes.
3. Put the cucumbers on the fire and cook for 15 minutes.
Perfect for shawarma.

4. Put into sterilized jars and screw on sterilized lids.
Delicious even with simple sandwiches.

5. This amount of ingredients should yield 4 liters of the finished product.
