Croatian iced coffee: you need only 3 ingredients

Summer is starting to get hot, which means that the season of refreshments has also started. Usually, on a day off, you can see huge lines outside coffee shops. But you can save your time and money and make a cool coffee-based cocktail at home.

The idea of making iced coffee in the Croatian style was published on the Instagram page of Olena Diachenko (elendan30), a student of the first culinary academy in Ukraine.

Ingredients:

• strong cold coffee – 1/2 liter
• milk – 2 cups
• sugar – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Brew strong coffee.

2. Cool it down.

3. Pour into ice cube trays.

4. Put in the freezer and freeze.

5. Put the coffee ice cubes in a mixer.

6. Add milk, sugar and whisk.

7. When the mixture thickens and has a creamy texture, pour it into tall glasses.
