Crispy spring rolls with salmon: a truly original appetizer

Spring rolls are exquisite rolls that came to us from Asian cuisine and are not only a gourmet treat but also a work of art. In addition, the ease and speed of their preparation adds to their popularity.

No special skills are required to make spring rolls. It is enough to add a little imagination and delicious filling. Moreover, this dish should be cooked in a good mood, says food blogger Ilona, who goes by the name thefoodhub.by ilona. On Instagram, she shared how to make spring rolls crispy.

Ingredients

  • salmon - 250 gr
  • green onions - a few stalks
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • ginger
  • cornstarch - 1 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • sesame oil - 1 tsp
  • rice paper - 5 sheets
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation

1.  Wash salmon and chop it finely.

2. Chop onion and add to the fish.

3. Squeeze garlic and grate ginger on a fine grater.

4. Add starch, soy sauce, oil and mix well.

5. Dip rice paper in water and place it on a board. It will become soft and elastic in 30 seconds.

6. Spread a tablespoon of the filling and wrap it up to form triangles.

7. Generously grease the spring rolls with vegetable oil and bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
