  1. Wash the leeks, pat dry, and cut them into rings. Put in a heated frying pan and fry in a mixture of oil and butter until golden brown.
  2. Beat eggs with milk or cream and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the fried onions. Cover and fry over medium heat until the egg mixture becomes a thick pancake.

  • cheese - 200 g
  • smoked or lightly salted salmon - 50 g

  1. Whip the cottage cheese in a blender with your favorite spices or herbs: you can add dried paprika, fresh basil, or dill.
  2. Dry the bread in a toaster or in a frying pan without oil.
  3. Spread the cheese mousse on the bread and top with the salmon pieces.

  • cottage cheese - 3 tbsp.
  • ripe avocado - 1 pc.
  • cucumber - 1 pc.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

  1. Peel the avocado, and cut it into slices. Cut the cucumber into slices or thin strips with a vegetable peeler.
  2. Put everything in a bowl, add the cheese. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and oil.

Friday. Pancakes with cottage cheese and orange jam

  • milk - 0.5 liters
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour - 5 tbsp.
  • salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • soda - on the tip of a knife
  • soft cheese - for the filling
  • orange jam - for serving
  1. Heat the milk, add the eggs (mix with a whisk), and add salt, sugar, and baking soda on the tip of a knife.
  2. Mix well again with a whisk, then add the flour in small portions, while continuing to stir. Finally, pour in the oil and mix again.
  3. Fry over high heat in a frying pan greased with oil or fat: pour the dough a little bit into the pan, which is immediately tilted in different directions so that the dough spreads evenly over the surface.
  4. Wrap cottage cheese in the finished pancakes and serve with orange jam.

Saturday. Apples baked with cottage cheese

  • apple - 4 pcs.
  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • walnuts - 80 g
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
  • oil - for greasing
  1. Wash the apples, and cut out the core.
  2. Beat the egg with sugar and cinnamon, then add to the cottage cheese and grind until smooth. Stuff the apples with the mixture.
  3. Grind the nuts with a rolling pin and sprinkle them over the apples.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the apples in it, and put it in a 200-degree oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
